이용약관
1. 약관의 동의
K-Food Trip(이하 “게임”)을 내려받거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 게임을 이용하지 말아 주세요. 게임은 RevStudio(이하 “회사”)가 제공합니다.
2. 이용 허락
회사는 이용자에게 게임을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 비독점적 권리를 부여합니다. 게임의 코드, 그림, 소리, 이름과 로고에 대한 권리는 회사와 각 권리자에게 있습니다. 게임에는 PixiJS(MIT 라이선스)와 Jua 글꼴(SIL OFL)이 사용되었으며 각각의 라이선스가 적용됩니다.
3. 가상 아이템
- 코인, 보석, 에너지 등 게임 안 재화와 아이템은 현금 가치가 없으며 현금으로 환불·교환되거나 다른 이용자에게 양도할 수 없습니다.
- 이용 권리는 게임 안에서만 유효합니다. 회사는 밸런스와 운영을 위해 재화와 아이템의 종류, 가격, 획득량을 조정할 수 있습니다.
4. 결제와 환불
유료 상품은 Google Play 또는 App Store를 통해 결제되며, 결제와 환불은 해당 스토어의 정책에 따릅니다. 미성년자는 보호자의 동의를 받아 결제해야 합니다. 이미 사용한 가상 아이템은 관련 법령이 정한 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않을 수 있습니다.
4-1. 광고 프리 멤버십(정기 구독)
- 내용: 이용 기간(1개월) 동안 보상형 광고를 시청하지 않고 광고 보상을 바로 받을 수 있고, 구매 시 보석이 지급되며, 이용 기간 중 접속한 날마다 출석 보상을 받을 수 있습니다. 광고 보상의 하루 횟수 제한은 멤버십과 관계없이 같습니다.
- 자동 갱신: 멤버십은 Google Play 또는 App Store의 정기 결제로 1개월마다 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 시점에 스토어에 표시된 가격이 청구됩니다. 갱신을 원하지 않으면 다음 갱신일 24시간 전까지 스토어의 구독 관리에서 해지하세요. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 혜택이 유지됩니다.
- 출석 보상: 출석 보상은 해당 날짜에 접속해 받아야 하며, 받지 않은 날의 보상은 이월되지 않습니다.
- 환불: 환불은 결제한 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 보상형 광고
게임은 선택적으로 보상형 광고를 제공합니다. 광고를 끝까지 시청해야 보상이 지급되며, 광고 제공 상황에 따라 지금 볼 수 있는 광고가 없을 수 있습니다. 게임은 시청을 강제하는 광고(전면·배너 광고)를 표시하지 않습니다.
6. 지켜야 할 일
- 부정 프로그램, 자동화 도구, 게임 데이터·저장 정보의 조작, 역공학, 서비스에 부담을 주는 행위를 하지 않습니다.
- 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 게임을 이용하지 않습니다.
7. 서비스의 변경과 중단
회사는 게임의 내용, 기능, 이벤트를 바꾸거나 일부 또는 전부를 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 한 미리 알립니다. 기기 변경이나 삭제 시 저장 정보가 사라질 수 있으니 유의해 주세요.
8. 이용 제한
약관을 위반하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 경우 회사는 게임 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
9. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
게임은 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 회사는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 특정 목적에의 적합성, 오류 없는 운영을 보증하지 않으며, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 게임 이용으로 인한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 정한 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
10. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 생기면 관련 법령이 정한 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. (템플릿: 최종 문구는 법률 검토 후 확정)
11. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 내용과 수정일을 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 게임을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using K-Food Trip (the “Game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game. The Game is provided by RevStudio (the “Company”).
2. License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The code, art, sound, names and logos of the Game belong to the Company and their respective owners. The Game uses PixiJS (MIT license) and the Jua font (SIL OFL), each under its own license.
3. Virtual items
- Coins, gems, energy and other in-game currencies and items have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged for money or transferred to other players.
- Your right to use them is valid inside the Game only. The Company may adjust the types, prices and amounts of currencies and items for balance and operation.
4. Purchases and refunds
Paid products are bought through Google Play or the App Store, and payment and refunds follow that store’s policies. Minors need a parent or guardian’s consent to buy. Virtual items that have already been used may not be refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
4-1. Ad-Free Membership (subscription)
- What you get: for each one-month period you receive rewarded-ad rewards instantly without watching ads, gems on purchase, and a daily attendance gift on each day you open the Game during the membership. Daily limits on ad rewards stay the same.
- Auto-renewal: the membership renews every month through your Google Play or App Store subscription and is charged at the price shown in the store at renewal. To stop renewal, cancel in your store’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancelling, the benefits last until the end of the period already paid.
- Attendance gifts: each day’s gift must be claimed on that day; unclaimed days do not carry over.
- Refunds: refunds follow the policy of the store you paid through.
5. Rewarded ads
The Game may offer optional rewarded ads. You must watch the ad to the end to receive the reward, and there may be times when no ad is available. The Game does not show forced ads (interstitials or banners).
6. What we ask of you
- Do not use cheat software or automation, tamper with game data or saves, reverse-engineer the Game, or put an unreasonable load on the service.
- Do not use the Game in a way that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law.
7. Changes and discontinuation
The Company may change the Game’s content, features and events, or discontinue all or part of it. We will give notice of important changes where we can. Progress may be lost if you switch devices or uninstall the Game.
8. Suspension
The Company may restrict access to the Game if you break these terms or disrupt the service.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, the Company gives no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of error-free operation, and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Game unless caused by its intent or gross negligence. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved in the competent court set by applicable law. (Template: final wording to be confirmed after legal review.)
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will post the new text and date on this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
