Nia Unbound Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of Nia Unbound (the "game"), a PC game operated by JurevStudio (registered business name 레브스튜디오, representative 강동욱, business registration number 139-12-73459; "we").

2. Where the game is right now

The game is in development and in closed testing. It is not a released service. Please know in advance:

• —Only pre-registered test accounts can sign in.
• —Features change often, and errors and outages happen.
• —Characters and game data may be reset during development. We give notice where we can, but we do not guarantee that data survives.
• —Maintenance and downtime may occur without notice.

3. Accounts

• —Accounts are created only through Google sign-in. The same Google account always maps to the same game account.
• —You may not transfer or lend your account to anyone.
• —Whoever controls your Google account can reach your game account. Keeping that Google account secure is up to you.
• —You must be 14 or older.

4. What you agree not to do

• —Use someone else's account, or try to obtain their account details.
• —Modify the game client or its network traffic to produce results the game did not intend.
• —Automate play with bots or scripts.
• —Overload the server or exploit vulnerabilities. Reporting a vulnerability is welcome — please write to the address below.
• —Abuse, threaten, harass or use discriminatory language toward other players.
• —Knowingly exploit a bug for gain.
• —Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

We may restrict access or suspend an account for any of the above without prior notice, and game data may be lost as a result.

5. In-game currency and data

• —There is no real-money payment in the game. Shops and player trading use in-game gold only.
• —Characters, items and currency are a licence to use them inside the game, not property convertible to money.
• —Selling or buying accounts or items outside the game is prohibited, and we are not responsible for losses arising from it.
• —Copyright and other intellectual property in the game belong to us.

6. Ending your use

You can stop at any time. Email dev@jurevstudio.com to request deletion and we remove your account and game data within 7 business days. The scope and the exceptions are set out in the privacy policy.

7. Changes and closure

Because the game is in development we may change features or end the test. We give at least 30 days' notice on this page and in game before ending the test or shutting the service down, except where a natural disaster, a change in law or a server failure makes advance notice impossible, in which case we give notice afterwards.

8. Limits of liability

The game is a free, in-development build. Except where we act with intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss of data, service interruption or problems with your device. Nothing here reduces or removes any liability that applicable law places on us.

9. Changes to these terms

When these terms change we publish the new text and its effective date here. Changes that disadvantage you are posted 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the game under section 6.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please raise any question or dispute with dev@jurevstudio.com first and we will try to settle it with you. Failing that, the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act will hear it.
