이용약관
1. 약관의 적용
이 약관은 RevStudio(운영 책임자: 강동욱 / Donguk Gang, 이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 지니어스 퀴즈 2(이하 “게임”)의 이용에 적용됩니다. 개인정보 처리에 관한 안내는 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요. 필요한 별도 동의는 해당 절차에서 받습니다.
2. 게임 이용
게임은 무료로 이용할 수 있고 계정이 필요하지 않습니다. 진행 정보는 로컬 저장소에 저장되며 자체 동기화 서비스는 없습니다. 기기 변경·앱 삭제로 진행 정보가 사라질 수 있고, 운영체제·기기 백업 설정에 따라 사본이 남거나 복원될 수 있습니다. 게임의 이용 대상은 만 16세 이상이며 어린이 대상·Kids 서비스가 아닙니다. 연령 확인 구현 또는 스토어 콘텐츠 등급을 뜻하지는 않습니다. 게임은 퍼즐 게임이며 지능을 측정하거나 진단하지 않습니다.
3. 광고
게임에는 광고가 포함됩니다. 일부 광고는 스테이지 사이 등 쉬는 시점에 표시되고, 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 볼 수 있습니다. 광고 내용은 광고주의 책임입니다.
4. 유료 상품 (광고 제거)
“광고 제거”는 한 번 구매하는 상품으로, 구매하면 강제 광고가 표시되지 않고 광고 보상은 광고 없이 받을 수 있습니다. 결제·환불은 Google Play 또는 App Store의 정책과 절차를 따르며, 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따른 이용자의 권리는 보호됩니다. 해당 상품이 제공되는 플랫폼에서 같은 스토어 계정의 유효한 구매 권한을 “구매 복원”으로 확인해 다시 적용할 수 있습니다. 다른 플랫폼으로의 이전은 보장하지 않습니다. 진행 초기화·앱 삭제는 구매 취소나 환불 요청이 아닙니다. 상품 제공 여부와 가격은 구매 시 스토어 화면에서 확인해 주세요.
5. 금지 행위
게임을 변조·역설계하거나, 부정한 방법으로 보상을 얻거나, 광고를 부정하게 클릭하거나, 다른 사람의 이용을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
6. 지식재산권
게임의 문제, 그림, 소리, 프로그램 등 모든 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 개인적인 이용 범위를 넘어 복제·배포할 수 없습니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 중단
운영자는 게임 내용을 개선하기 위해 변경할 수 있으며, 부득이한 사유가 있으면 서비스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 미리 게임 안이나 스토어 페이지에 알립니다.
8. 책임의 제한
운영자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 천재지변·기기 고장·통신 장애 등으로 생긴 손해나 무료로 제공되는 부분의 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 적용됩니다.
9. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시하고, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 7일 전(중요한 경우 30일 전)부터 알립니다.
10. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 나라의 강행 법규가 주는 권리는 그대로 보호됩니다.

Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms apply to Genius Quiz 2 (the “Game”) provided by RevStudio (responsible operator: Donguk Gang / 강동욱, “we”). See the Privacy Policy for data-processing information; any required separate consent is obtained through the relevant procedure.
2. Using the Game
The Game is free to play and needs no account. Progress is stored locally without our own sync service. It may be lost when changing devices or uninstalling; operating-system/device backups may retain or restore copies. The intended audience is ages 16+, not a child-directed or Kids service. This does not imply implemented age verification or a particular store content rating. The Game is a puzzle game; it does not measure or diagnose intelligence.
3. Ads
The Game contains ads. Some appear at natural breaks such as between stages; rewarded ads are watched only when you choose to. Advertisers are responsible for their ads.
4. Paid item (remove ads)
“Remove ads” is a one-time purchase: forced ads stop and ad rewards are granted without watching. Payments and refunds follow the policies and procedures of Google Play or the App Store, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected. On a platform where the product is offered, “Restore purchases” checks a valid entitlement for the same store account. Cross-platform transfer is not guaranteed. Resetting progress or uninstalling does not cancel a purchase or request a refund. Check availability and price in the store purchase screen.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not modify or reverse-engineer the Game, obtain rewards by illegitimate means, click ads fraudulently, or interfere with others' use.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the Game (puzzles, art, sound, software) belongs to us or its rightful owners. You may not copy or distribute it beyond personal use.
7. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the Game to improve it and may end the service for unavoidable reasons; we will give advance notice in the Game or on the store page.
8. Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage caused by force majeure, device failure or network problems, or arising from the free parts of the Game, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
Changes are posted on this page with their effective date; changes unfavourable to you are announced at least 7 days (30 days if significant) in advance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
